MyGreenPlus is committed to providing quality services to our customers. Refund requests (if applicable) will be evaluated based on the nature of the service agreement.

Payments made for confirmed services or completed projects are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Service unable to be delivered due to operational reasons
  • Cancellation approved by MyGreenPlus management

If a refund is approved, the process may take between 14 and 30 working days.
